Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, calls, and email signups quickly.
- Qualify leads, outline primary CPaaS feature sets, and schedule demos.
- Maintain active record of customer touchpoints and lead status in our database.
- Coordinate outreach templates and follow ups on lead nurture sequences.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, tele-sales, or inside sales.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
- Comfortable with phone communications, active listening, and basic technology concepts.
- Freshers with high motivation are highly welcome to apply.
