About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Python Full Stack Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to lead the architecture, modernization, and delivery of scalable, AI-enabled enterprise SaaS applications.

The ideal candidate will combine robust hands-on technical expertise with engineering and people leadership across Python, Angular, Microservices, Cloud and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end architecture and technical design of enterprise SaaS applications.

- Lead backend engineering using Python, FastAPI, Django/Flask and REST APIs.

- Guide frontend development using Angular, TypeScript and RxJS.

- Architect scalable Microservices, Distributed Systems and Event-Driven applications.

- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka and Apache Airflow.

- Drive modernization of legacy/monolithic applications into cloud-ready Python microservices.

- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, performance optimization and engineering standards.

- Oversee Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/OCI and CI/CD practices.

- Drive application security, scalability, monitoring and production reliability.





- Mentor Engineers/Technical Leads and drive sprint planning, estimation, releases and engineering delivery.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, UX and business stakeholders.

- Promote AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar tools.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of Software Engineering / Full Stack experience.

- 3+ years as Technical Lead / Architect / Engineering Lead / Engineering Manager.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python + FastAPI/Django.

- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript and RxJS.

- Expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, System Design and Distributed Systems.

- Strong SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge with exposure to Kafka and Apache Airflow.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Cloud platforms.

- Strong understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture and Application Security.

- Proven team leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management capabilities.

Good to Have

Generative AI / LLMs / RAG / AI Agents, Redis, GraphQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Terraform, Helm, GitOps, Multi-tenant SaaS, EdTech/ERP/SIS/LMS experience.
