Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Robust understanding of the IT market trends, technologies, and skillsets required for different roles.
- Excellent candidate sourcing skills including negotiation techniques for salary packages.
