- Oversee maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and upgrades.
- Monitor energy consumption patterns to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including HVAC systems, lighting design, and power distribution.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
