- Supervise injection moulding operators to ensure productive production of high-quality products.
- Conduct regular tool room inspections to identify and resolve issues with tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop new product designs and improve existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in injection moulding or related field (plastic molding).
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine operation, plastic molding processes, and tool maintenance.
- Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
