Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth initiatives for our recruitment and staffing solutions.
This role is an excellent chance for individuals passionate about sales, business development, customer engagement, and building long-term client relationships.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or related functions.
- Experience in the recruitment, staffing,
or service industry will be preferred but is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and key decision-makers across target industries.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, social media platforms, and other lead-generation channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and evaluating potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and business opportunities.
