Role & responsibilities
Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on the protected and effective use of medications to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels of pharmaceutical supplies, placing orders, and verifying stock upon arrival.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize the pharmacotherapy plans for patients.
• Conduct routine checks for expired medications and manage proper disposal.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Stay informed about new medications and advancements in the pharmaceutical field.
