We are Hiring Telecaller for Voice process
Work Location: Teynampet, Chennai.
Qualification: 12th and Any degree
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate leads and opportunities through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling .
