Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through field visits, troubleshooting issues with electrical equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and implement solutions.
- Conduct product development life cycle activities such as design, testing, and validation of new products or features.
- Develop and maintain documentation for control panels, schematics, and other technical documents.
Job Requirements :
- 10-12 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of Control Panels, Troubleshooting, Product Development Life Cycle, and Field Support.
- Proficiency in working with Electrical Engineers and Technicians on site.
