ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Language Mandatory: English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to on-boarding)
- Post jobs, screen profiles, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring process
- Maintain candidate database and trackers
- Follow up for feedback, offer, and joining
- Handle offer letters and on-boarding
- Ensure timely closure of positions
- Basic computer & Excel skills required
- Maintain emails, records, and employee data
Experience: Min. 2 Years
Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW (HR)
