- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot Microservices.
- Drive technical architecture, solution design, and code quality across development teams.
- Mentor and guide developers by conducting code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate applications using API Gateways (NGINX preferred).
- Build scalable, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with ReactJS (or Angular/JavaScript) teams to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL, CouchDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Implement messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
