Job Summary

Position: Instrumentation Engineer.

Location: Vadodara.

Experience: 2 - 3 Years.

Responsibilities

- Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all instruments.
- Ensure that equipment is in good working order to prevent disruption of activities.
- Shall have experience on sensors, transmitters, PLC, HMI, etc.
- Shall be able to read drawings PID, panel drawings, etc.
- Installation of fresh instruments and fittings.
- Keep record of all stock, supplies and existing equipment.
- Perform calibration services for instruments NABL and traceability to NABL.
- Ensure that all electrical gadgets and instruments are used as per the requirement on daily basis.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
- Provide safe working setting for members of staff, and ensure electricity-induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.




- Take steps to prevent fire outbreaks by making appropriate recommendations to management.
- Purchase electrical fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibility.
- Support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently and making necessary recommendations.

Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
- PLC, HMI SCADA knowledge.
- Panel wiring, Flow, Temperature, Pressure, Level Transmitters, etc.
- Panel indicators, controllers, recorders, etc.
- Maintenance troubleshooting of motors.
- Knowledge of HVAC BMS.
