Responsibilities
- Material and Energy balance
- Process flow diagram PID preparation and review
- Preparation of preliminary process utility equipment list and selection of equipment
- Preparation of process data sheet of equipment and instrument
- Equipment layout review from process point of view
- Preparation of SOP, process engineering checklists, quality plan
- Pre-commissioning commissioning of current product with new/existing facility
Required Skills
- Process equipment design
- ASPEN Plus, HTRI, CFD, PFD PID preparation
- Knowledge about Chemical Process Engineering and Project
