Responsibilities

- Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into the company or organization and overseeing the development of new products.
- Planning and organizing research activities and resolving procedural problems for timely completion of research objectives.
- Handling Research Development projects and conducting multi-step synthesis.
- Analyzing organic inorganic compounds to determine chemical physical properties, composition, structure, relationships reactions, utilizing chromatography, spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction techniques.
- Developing and implementing experimental procedures for carrying out analysis of processes.
- Analyze information, solve problems and write reports on research results.
- Develop and produce cost-effective, non-infringing, safe and eco-friendly technologies for the synthesis of complex and small molecules APIs.
