Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Vapi

Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines and related auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled systems.
- Monitor and maintain SCADA systems for real-time process control and data analysis.
- Manage operation and upkeep of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.




- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with Injection Moulding Machines (hydraulic/electric).
- Practical understanding of ETP and RO plant operations and maintenance.
- Experience working with SCADA systems for monitoring and control.
- Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems.
- Robust problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
