Hiring: Geologist Manager & Geologists PSP Project

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Geologist Managers and Geologists for a Pumped Storage Project (PSP). The candidates will be responsible for geological investigations, mapping, excavation support, rock mass assessment and geological monitoring during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct geological mapping, investigations and site inspections.
- Assess rock/soil conditions and prepare geological logs and reports.
- Monitor geological conditions during tunnelling, excavation and underground works.
- Carry out rock mass classification and identify geological risks.
- Support tunnel, cavern, dam and other major excavation works.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction and Site teams on geological issues.
- Review geological data, drawings and investigation reports.




- Recommend appropriate measures for geological and excavation-related challenges.
- Maintain geological records and project documentation.

Candidate Profile:

- Degree/M.Sc. in Geology / Applied Geology / Engineering Geology.
- Relevant experience in Hydropower / PSP / Tunnelling / Underground Construction / Large Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of geological mapping, rock mechanics and underground excavation.
- Valuable communication, analytical and site coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in tunnels, caverns, underground powerhouse and dam projects will be preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Experience:
Geologist Manager: 12–20+ years
Geologist: 5–12 years
