Role & responsibilities
Manage daily store operations.
Handle team & staff management.
Manage inventory and stock.
Ensure timely order processing.
Monitor store performance & targets.
Maintain store hygiene & quality.
Handle customer/order-related issues.
Manage stock inward & outward.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Prepare daily reports & MIS.
Preferred candidate profile
Quick Commerce experience is mandatory.
Valuable communication skills.
Previous Store Handling experience.
Experience in Store Operations & Team Management.
Candidates from Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon, etc. preferred
Good knowledge of inventory & stock management.
