Key Responsibilities

- Manage local servers, desktops, laptops, and Windows systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install and maintain operating systems, software, drivers, and antivirus.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Manage data backups, user accounts, access permissions, and shared folders.
- Provide daily IT support for computer, network, email, and printer issues.
- Maintain CCTV/NVR/DVR connectivity and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain IT assets, system documentation, IP addresses, and configurations.
- Coordinate with hardware, software, and internet service providers.
