- Desktop & laptop troubleshooting
- Hardware & software installation
- Network and connectivity troubleshooting
- Printer and peripheral support
- In office technical support
- Break-fix and incident resolution
- Installation, configuration & maintenance
- Attend customer support tickets within assigned locations

Required Skills

- ITI / Diploma / Any Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking and Windows
- Field support experience preferred
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
