Responsible for 24x7 IT operations support, including infrastructure monitoring, helpdesk support, and incident resolution to ensure smooth business operations. Also maintains IT assets and supports operational activities to maintain reliable IT services and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
IS Infrastructure Operations & Monitoring
- Continuous monitoring of Servers, Storage, and Backup environments.
- Database consistency verification and health checks.
- Monitoring and execution of data transfer activities.
- Periodic review and verification of server and application logs.
- Monitoring and management of SQL and HANA Log Shipping processes.
- Execution and monitoring of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots.
- Monitoring the availability and performance of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Monitoring and oversight of UPS and Air Conditioning systems supporting critical IT infrastructure.
- Coordination and resolution of system and network downtime incidents.
- Handling Helpdesk incidents, service requests, and user support tickets.
- Installation and support of standard software packages on end-user devices.
- Maintenance and management of IT asset inventory records
Commercials
- Creation and processing of sanction requests.
- Purchase Order (PO) creation, tracking, and follow-up.
- Gate Entry Inward and Goods Receipt (GR) processing activities.
- Service Entry Sheet (SES) creation and processing.
- Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate Pass preparation and follow-up activities.
Documentation & Compliance
- Execution and monitoring of 5S workplace management activities.
- Maintenance of documentation, filing systems, and organizational records.
- Ensuring proper record retention and document management practices.

- Upkeepment of escalation matrix (internal/External)
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./BCA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1 - 2 years or relevant experience.
