Theroleř manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, technical support, systems, and IT compliance activities. The candidate should have practical experience in IT operations and administration, with exposure to audits, SOPs, and ISO compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT systems, hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Manage user access, IT assets, backups, and system documentation.
- Develop and maintain IT SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Support internal and external IT audits and maintain required documentation.
- Assist with ISO-related IT compliance and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers.
- Monitor IT security controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
