About the Job Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate should have mandatory experience in IT recruitment, including senior-level IT hiring. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing qualified technical professionals, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates for technical roles, including senior-level IT positions.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely interview feedback and offer closures.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.




- Manage multiple IT hiring requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
- Support salary negotiations, offer management, and candidate onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in IT hiring and senior-level IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and industry hiring requirements.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
- Strong resume screening, candidate assessment, and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and interview coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
