- Designation: IT Recruiter
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days
- Location: BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore
- Employment Type: C2H / FTE

? Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely closures.




- Achieve recruitment targets and meet TAT requirements.

? Key Skills

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of IT and technical recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Effective client and candidate coordination.
- Negotiation and closure skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
