Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H requirements.
- Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, Dot Net, Devops, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process until joining.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.




- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.

Career gap/ Maternity Break can easily join Orcapod(2 years gap max)

NOTE: Salary - 12k to 20k (salary depends on candidates experience and interview)
