Manage multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced workplace.

Mandatory Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.

Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment tools.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidates with relevant IT recruitment experience.

Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
