QAE-II – Senior QA Automation Engineer

Experience: Min. 6–8 years

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automation frameworks from scratch and enhance existing frameworks.
- Develop and maintain UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end automation.
- Build reusable automation components, utilities, test data, reporting, logging, and configuration modules.
- Develop API automation using REST Assured/Postman and validate JSON/XML responses, authentication, headers, status codes, and negative scenarios.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Perform database/backend validation using SQL , PostgreSQL.
- Evaluate and implement AI-based testing tools for test generation, automation, test analysis, and self-healing.

Technical Skills

- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium,



Playwright, or equivalent UI automation tools.
- Strong API automation experience with REST Assured or equivalent.
- Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch.
- Good knowledge of AWS,TestNG, Maven, Gitlab, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON/XML, OAuth/JWT, and API authentication.
- Good SQL/database testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for software testing and automation.
- Positive to have experience with ACCELQ, UiPath, TestMu AI, or other AI-based testing platforms.

Preferred

- Experience with Docker, cloud testing, Kafka/RabbitMQ, or performance testing.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
