Job Overview

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to support project planning, coordination, documentation, and communication between clients and internal technical teams.

Candidates with an educational background in Mathematics, Physics, or B.Tech will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT projects.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Follow up with team members regarding task status and project progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting notes and action items.
- Communicate project requirements and updates effectively.
- Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the concerned team.




- Maintain project trackers and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Support project managers in ensuring timely project delivery.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Project Coordination / Project Management / IT Operations.
- Good understanding of IT project workflows and software development processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. preferred
- Candidates with a background in Mathematics or Physics may also be considered.
