Job Summary

Responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for POS systems, end-user desktops, printers, and basic network-related issues & visit In office locations to ensure smooth business operations across retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

- POS Support: Troubleshoot POS application, billing, login, and transaction-related issues.

- Desktop Support: Resolve Windows OS, software, system performance, and end-user technical issues.

- Camera Support: Resolving Camera hardware issue and Vendor Coordination for New Setup installation.

- Printer Support: Troubleshoot thermal POS printers, barcode printers, laser printers, and connectivity issues.

- Basic Network Support: Troubleshoot LAN, internet connectivity, IP configuration, and network device issues.

- End-User Support: Provide technical assistance to store employees and resolve support tickets.

- Hardware Support:



Install, configure, and maintain desktops, POS terminals, printers, and related peripherals.

- Vendor Coordination: Escalate application, hardware, and network issues to Multiple Teams across Multiple Airports at Pan India Level.

- Documentation: issue logs, and support documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of POS applications and retail systems.

- Windows desktop and hardware troubleshooting.

- Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Basic LAN, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to provide timely support to end users and retail stores.
