About Global Shared Services Center, India:
Brink’s Global Shared Services Center (GSS) in Hyderabad is a critical enabler of the company’s global transformation and operating model evolution. The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities.
The center is designed to enable standardized processes, scalable service delivery, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets.

Business Unit Description:
This role sits within IT Operations, a team that plays a key role in supporting Brink’s global technology environment and business continuity.
The function is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT services and infrastructure, partnering across business units, digital teams, and global functions to deliver stable system performance and responsive technology support.
As part of Brink’s global operating model, the team helps drive reliability, resilience, and efficiency, enabling the business to operate securely and without disruption.
What You’ll Be Doing (Position Summary)
Reporting to the IT Operations Global Lead, the IT Ops Info Security Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating in-scope Global InfoSec activities within the IT Operations tower for Brinks Global Shared Services. This position supports secure Brink’s business operations by coordinating with retained Brink’s Global InfoSec Solutions (GIS) security practices, risk mitigation activities, GIS approved Infosec remediation actions, IT General Control (ITGC) execution, and stakeholder alignment.

How You’ll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):
Success in this role requires both solid execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT Operations activities within the assigned scope of Brink’s GIS – by GSS and MSP partner(s).
- Set clear priorities, operating routines, and performance expectations aligned with GSS objectives.
- Monitor service performance, risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder visibility.
- Partner with regional, global, and functional stakeholders to align priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations.
- Work with IT, operations, and governance stakeholders to strengthen security awareness and operational resilience.
- Coordinate IT security activities, access reviews, risk remediation, control evidence, and issue follow-up.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation opportunities to increase service quality and efficiency.
- Prepare management updates, performance insights, and decision-support materials for leadership review.
- Support talent development, knowledge sharing, and capability building across the assigned scope.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, audit requirements, and data protection standards.
- Maintain process documentation, governance materials, and operational playbooks relevant to the role.
- Perform additional projects or initiatives as assigned by the IT Operations Global Lead.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in shared services, IT operations, data management, compliance, service delivery, or transformation roles, including a focus on Infrastructure security, Cyber defense or Security operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in dealing with processes, workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives in a multinational environment.
- Proven ability to define operating models, governance routines, service performance indicators, controls, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Strong experience managing stakeholders across functions, geographies, and seniority levels, with the ability to influence and align priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating complex operational issues into clear decisions and action plans.
- Experience in Cloud security, Zero-trust network solutions.
- Experience with ERP, BI, workflow, ticketing, automation, or data platforms relevant to the role.
- Ability to manage service quality, capacity, risk,
escalation paths, performance reviews, and talent development activities.
- Cyber security certifications are a plus (e.g.: CompTIA, CISSP, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentation capability.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
