About Global Shared Services Center, India:
Brink’s Global Shared Services Center (GSS) in Hyderabad is a critical enabler of the company’s global transformation and operating model evolution. The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities.
The center is designed to enable standardized processes, scalable service delivery, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets.

Business Unit Description:
This role sits within IT Operations, a team that plays a key role in supporting Brink’s global technology environment and business continuity.
The function is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT services and infrastructure, partnering across business units, digital teams, and global functions to deliver stable system performance and responsive technology support.
As part of Brink’s global operating model, the team helps drive reliability, resilience, and efficiency, enabling the business to operate securely and without disruption.
What You’ll Be Doing (Position Summary):
Reporting to the Global Business Applications Lead and Service Delivery Lead, Europe & Latam - the GSS IT Ops Business Applications Enhancements Lead is responsible for coordinating the intake, prioritization, delivery, and governance of in-scope Large IT enhancement requests (between 80 – 500 hours of effort). This role serves as the operational bridge between business stakeholders, Global Shared Services (GSS) IT Operations, Brink’s IT Centers of Excellence (COEs), Brink’s Managed Service Providers (MSP) Enhancement Project Delivery Team to ensure Brink’s business stakeholder approved enhancements are delivered effectively, within agreed timeliness, pre-agreed quality and cost thresholds. The coordinator drives visibility, governance, reporting, release readiness, and continuous improvement across the enhancement lifecycle across the assigned scope.

How You’ll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities)
Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
Enhancement Demand Management:
- Coordinate intake (Approved / Prioritized by Global IT/CoE) and triage of enhancement requests or approved demand management tools.
- Validate enhancement requests for completeness, business justification, and categorization.
- Facilitate enhancement sizing, feasibility assessments, and effort estimation activities with MSP(s)
- Maintain enhancement backlogs and support prioritization processes with business and IT stakeholders.
- Monitor enhancement capacity utilization and delivery performance.
Operational Governance:
- Schedule and facilitate enhancement review boards, backlog grooming sessions, and prioritization meetings, ensuring the proper utilization/prioritization of the MSP resources (based on a 90 days “rolling” forecast .
- Track enhancement progress from request through deployment and closure.
- Maintain governance artifacts, status reports, risk logs, and action registers.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, change management, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
- Escalate delivery risks, resource constraints, and priority conflicts.
Release & Deployment Coordination:
- Support release planning and deployment scheduling activities.
- Coordinate readiness activities across technical teams, business users, and vendors.
- Track testing completion, user acceptance testing (UAT) milestones, and deployment approvals.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications for planned releases, outages, and enhancement deployments.
- Monitor post-release performance and hyper care activities.
Vendor & MSP Coordination:
- Act as a central coordination point between retained IT teams and managed service providers.
- Monitor SLA compliance related to enhancement delivery and operational support.
- Follow up on enhancement execution, defect remediation, and operational issues.
- Support vendor performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain dashboards showing enhancement demand, backlog health, delivery performance, and SLA adherence.
- Produce operational reports for leadership review.
- Track enhancement trends, cycle times, and resource utilization metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline enhancement intake, prioritization, and delivery processes.
- Maintain process documentation, workflows, and knowledge articles.
- Support automation and standardization initiatives.
- Drive lessons learned reviews and improvement actions following major releases.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in shared services, IT operations, Demand management, Application Development Service Delivery, Data Analytics or transformation roles.
- Experience coordinating IT enhancements, releases, or operational projects.
- Experience working within global or shared services environments.
- Experience interacting with outsourced service providers or MSPs.
- Proven ability to define operating models, governance routines, service performance indicators, controls, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Strong experience managing stakeholders across functions, geographies, and seniority levels, with the ability to influence and align priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating complex operational issues into clear decisions and action plans.
- Ability to manage service quality, capacity, risk, escalation paths, performance reviews, and talent development activities.
- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, document findings, and propose practical improvement actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentation capability.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
