Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Timing: 10 Hours per Day

About the Role

Mitesh Rathi Classes is looking for an experienced and responsible IT Manager to manage day-to-day IT operations, networking, software-related activities, and the online content department. The candidate will also supervise a team of 4–5 members and ensure smooth and timely execution of all online content and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT operations and technical requirements of the institute.
- Handle video uploading, processing, and management on the institute's software/platform.
- Coordinate and manage the Online Content Department.
- Supervise and manage a team of 4–5 team members.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Handle networking-related work, including basic network setup, troubleshooting, connectivity, and maintenance.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT systems, computers, software, and related technical issues.
- Coordinate with faculty and other departments for timely uploading and availability of online content.
- Ensure proper organization, storage, and management of video lectures and digital content.
- Monitor the quality and accuracy of uploaded content.
- Maintain records of online content, uploads, and technical activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting online classes or digital content.




- Coordinate with external IT/software vendors whenever required.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
- Prepare regular updates/reports regarding IT and online content activities.
- Take responsibility for the overall functioning and discipline of the Online Content Team.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of IT systems, computer hardware and software.
- Basic to good knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
- Experience in video uploading and digital content management.
- Good understanding of online learning platforms/software.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Tech (CSE/IT) Preferable
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT management, educational institutes, EdTech, or a similar workplace.
- Candidates with experience managing an online content/digital learning team will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable managing both technical operations and a team of 4–5 people.

Compensation & Working Hours

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Working Hours: 10 hours per day
