Role Description The IT Intern role at Matlogitech is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will assist in maintaining and monitoring IT systems, including basic network administration tasks, hardware and software setup, and routine system checks. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting common technical issues, supporting end users with IT-related requests, and escalating complex problems to senior IT staff.

The IT Intern will help ensure network security practices are followed,



update documentation for systems and procedures, and support the rollout of small IT projects or upgrades. This role offers hands-on experience in a logistics-focused workplace, working closely with the IT team to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to support daily system and user issues.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security to assist in maintaining secure and stable infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to provide responsive and clear support to internal users.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and common office applications.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow documented procedures, and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with local languages is an advantage.
- Interest in building a career in IT within logistics or supply chain environments is beneficial.
