We are looking for an experienced and versatile IT Head - Software Engineer who can independently handle our overall software and technology requirements, while also contributing innovative ideas and strategies in digital marketing and online technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve software applications and internal systems.
- Handle the company’s overall software and IT-related requirements.
- Identify technology gaps and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and software-related issues.
- Manage databases, APIs, integrations, and system performance.
- Work with Cloud, AWS, AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with external IT/software vendors whenever required.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technology solutions.
- Suggest and implement digital marketing technology solutions and ideas.
- Contribute ideas for improving the company’s online presence, customer engagement, and digital platforms.
- Explore opportunities to use AI, automation, analytics, and technology for business growth.
- Stay updated with the latest software, AI, digital marketing, and technology trends.

Required Skills & Experience




- 8–10 years of relevant experience in software development / IT.
- Strong programming and software development knowledge.
- Good knowledge of databases, APIs, cloud technologies, and system integration.
- Solid knowledge of AWS / Cloud Computing / AI.
- Ability to independently manage and coordinate overall software requirements.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, websites, SEO, analytics, and online platforms will be highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide practical technology solutions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- A hands-on, ownership-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple technology requirements.
