Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.

Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty components.

Install and configure software applications and updates.

Provide support for Microsoft Outlook and other email clients.

Handle LAN and Wi-Fi network connectivity issues.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Support remote users via remote tools.

Ensure system security, antivirus updates, and patch management.

Manage Biometric systems (Essl, Time watch)

Basic knowledge of CCTV systems required

Profile: IT Executive

Location: Greams Rd, Chennai

Work Timings: General Shift. 2 Saturdays off, fixed Sundays off

Salary: 25-30k per month
