Role Description The IT CCTV role is a full-time, on-site position based at RKM Power Plant THP in Janjgir-Champa. The role involves daily monitoring, operation, and maintenance of CCTV systems and related IT infrastructure to ensure continuous surveillance coverage and data integrity.

Responsibilities include configuring and managing network connections for CCTV devices, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams to support safety, security, and compliance requirements.



The position also requires maintaining documentation, performing routine system checks and upgrades, and providing timely support to site personnel for CCTV and basic IT-related concerns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security for managing and protecting CCTV and related systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting for maintaining hardware, software, and connectivity for CCTV and other IT equipment.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and communication skills to support internal stakeholders and respond to service requests effectively.
- Relevant experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR configurations, and cabling in industrial or plant environments is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with safety and compliance standards for power plant operations.
