Business Development Manager – Domestic Market

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience in domestic business development, client acquisition, and client onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the domestic market.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, cold calling, and other business development channels.
- Handle end-to-end client acquisition, from prospecting and initial discussions to negotiation and closure.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable business solutions.




- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and management teams to ensure successful client delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and business development activities.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
