Role :- ISO Consultant (International Expereince)

● Experience: 2–5+ years in ISO consulting / implementation

● Experience handling end-to-end ISO certification consultancy for businesses.

● Strong knowledge of multiple ISO standards, with the ability to work across different certification requirements.

● Experience in gap analysis, documentation, implementation, compliance, and certification readiness.

● Should be able to guide clients through the complete certification process, from initial assessment through to successful certification.

● Experience preparing/reviewing ISO policies, procedures, manuals, SOPs, and required documentation.

● Comfortable working directly with clients, understanding their requirements and recommending the appropriate ISO framework.

● Important: This is a consulting role, not an auditor role — candidates primarily involved in ISO auditing should not be shortlisted.





● Ideally someone who has worked with multiple ISO certifications/standards, rather than specialising in only one.

● Initially, the role may involve more technical/consulting support, with the opportunity to take on a more client-facing consulting role as trust and familiarity with the client base develop.

● Solid communication and client-handling skills will be important for this progression.

Australian Market Expereince - Preferred

Candidates with experience working with Australian companies or Australian clients will be strongly preferred.

The candidate should ideally have:

- Experience delivering ISO consulting projects for Australian organizations.
- Understanding of Australian business practices and client expectations.
- Experience communicating directly with Australian stakeholders and management teams.
- Familiarity with relevant Australian regulatory and compliance environments.
- Ability to work with Australian clients across different time zones when required.
- Strong understanding of professional documentation and reporting standards expected by international clients.

Working Hours The role is based in Mumbai. Since the position involves working with international clients, the candidate should be flexible to attend meetings according to Australian business hours when required.
