Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct IPQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Perform 7QC (Seven Quality Control Tools) analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods to improve process efficiency and reduce defects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) plans.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in In Process Quality Assurance or related field.

- Solid understanding of IPQC, 7QC, SPC, and CAPA principles.

- Ability to analyze data using statistical tools such as control charts and histograms.

- Injection Molding

- CIPET Diploma, Mechanical Diploma ,
