We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Process Excellence team in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in insurance and process excellence, with 10-15 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs for process changes.

- Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform decision-making.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize resource allocation.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of insurance products and services,



including life, health, and general insurance.

- Proven track record of delivering process excellence and driving business results.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
