About the Role

GBG EV is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, understand their requirements, and ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with relevant experience in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.

* Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requests, and concerns.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

* Regularly follow up with clients and provide updates on ongoing requirements.

* Address client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

* Coordinate with operations and other internal teams for smooth service delivery.

* Maintain records of client interactions, requirements, follow-ups, and resolutions.

* Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and strengthen existing relationships.

* Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely closure.

* Prepare regular updates and reports related to client activities when required.

Requirements





* 2-4 years of relevant experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

* Good negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

* Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

* Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 710 days will be preferred.

* Candidates with experience in the EV, mobility, automotive, transportation, or related industry will be an added advantage.
