We are looking for a detail-oriented Investor Communications & Reporting Manager to manage investor communications, presentations, reports, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong PowerPoint expertise, and the ability to convert complex information into clear, professional, and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create investor presentations, pitch decks, reports, and other investor-facing materials.

- Draft and edit investor updates, communications, and marketing content.

- Work closely with investment and management teams to gather and organize information.

- Translate complex financial and business information into explicit and concise communication.

- Prepare and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports.

- Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external designers/printers as required.

- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.





- Review and enhance existing investor communication materials for quality and consistency.

- Ensure all investor-facing documents are professional, polished, and aligned with organizational standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.

- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office.

- Ability to create visually appealing and professional presentations.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

- 4 - 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Marketing Communications, Financial Services, Private Equity, Asset Management, or related fields.

- Exposure to US markets or US-based clients/investors is preferred.

- Experience in Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, or Financial Services will be an advantage.

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
