We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Counsellor to join our team. As an Investment Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing sophisticated investment advice and curated solutions to HNI/UHNI clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, a proven track record in managing investment portfolios, and exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships..

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.

2. Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to tailor personalized investment strategies/portfolios.

3. Provide ongoing communication and proactive updates to clients regarding portfolio performance, asset allocation and market developments to identify opportunities & risks.

4. Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes,



and emerging investment trends to provide informed advice and innovative solutions to clients.

5. Acquire current clients (via references from existing clients & open market) and Increase engagement of existing clients by providing complete financial planning solutions & portfolio reviews.

6. Accountable to achieve annual targets on AUM & revenue in the respective geography. Aiming for consistent growth of customer wallet share and book size.

7. 7. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and educational seminars to showcase the firm's capabilities and expertise.
