Job Title- Sr analyst/ SME Investment modelling

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Gurgaon/ Hyderabad

Note: Candidate comfortable working in shift 1 PM -10 PM shall apply.

- Relevant experience of working in commercial real estate.
- Hands-on expertise in building financial and investment models for real estate assets.
- Hands on experience with developing financial models from scratch using Argus or Advanced Excel for investment analysis, valuation, and property-level financial analysis.
- Built and managed complex financial models covering different commercial real estate property types, investment scenarios, and valuation requirements.
- Utilized Advanced Excel tools and functions, including VBA Macros, to develop, automate, and enhance financial models and analytical reports.
- Hands-on experience with Argus for real estate financial modeling, property analysis, cash flow projections, and valuation.
- Applied DCF, IRR, NPV, and Time Value of Money (TVM) methodologies for investment and property valuation analysis.

Performed Return on Equity (ROE), debt return, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis to evaluate investment performance and financial outcomes.
