Role Overview

We are hiring experienced professionals for a Senior Support Analyst – Investment Banking / Financial Services role. The position involves providing end-to-end support to global clients, managing complex service requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client support and service requests for global investment banking / financial services clients
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Handle complex queries, escalations and issue resolution
- Coordinate with Operations, Middle Office, Front Office and other support teams
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support client onboarding, account servicing and transaction-related activities
- Monitor SLAs, service requests and pending items
- Maintain accurate documentation and process records




- Identify recurring issues and support process improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to quality, risk and process guidelines
- Prepare and share regular status updates with stakeholders

• Handle priority/escalated cases and drive them to closure

Required Skills 4+ years of experience in Investment Banking / Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets / BPO

Robust Client Support & Stakeholder Management experience

Experience handling international clients

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of banking/financial-services operations

Experience handling escalations and complex queries

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Ability to work in US/UK/rotational shifts

Preferred Experience
