Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to own end-to-end inventory operations across the company, ensuring accurate tracking of 500+ SKUs across all locations. The role involves maintaining optimum stock levels, coordinating with sales, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to align inventory with demand, and ensuring timely replenishment across outlets. The ideal candidate will combine operational rigor– audits, reconciliation, and reporting – with strong cross-functional collaboration to keep inventory operations smooth, accurate, and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end inventory management for the company, ensuring accurate tracking of 500+ SKUs across all locations.

- Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels, minimizing overstocking and stockouts.

- Collaborate with sales, purchasing,



and logistics teams to forecast demand accurately and align inventory levels with demand.

- Ensure timely replenishment of stock across all outlets to avoid operational disruptions.

- Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records.

- Prepare and analyze detailed reports on stock levels, sales trends, and inventory turnover, offering insights for process improvements.

- Work closely with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.

- Ensure efficient stock movement and storage practices, optimizing space and reducing damage.

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate inventory receipt.
