Role Description The Investment Analyst (Alternative Investments) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The analyst will research and evaluate alternative investment opportunities, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other non-traditional asset classes, preparing concise reports and investment memos. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and supporting portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and risk assessment.

The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess deal flow,



contributing to investment committee discussions, and preparing presentations and materials for members and family office clients. The analyst will also assist in market and sector analysis, maintain data and research repositories, and support ongoing enhancements to Priwexus’s investment intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong Investments and Portfolio Management skills, with experience in alternative assets or private markets.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, valuation analysis, and critical thinking.
- Solid grounding in Finance and Financial Modeling, including proficiency in Excel and common valuation techniques.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are an advantage.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear reports and presentations; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and a structured approach to research and documentation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with sophisticated investors and family offices.
- Prior experience in investment analysis, family offices, wealth management, or consulting is preferred.
