Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, transferred, and sold.
- Regularly verify physical stock against system records.
- Identify stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock counting and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement, identification, and storage.
- Monitor slow-moving, quick-moving, and non-moving items.
- Prepare and submit stock variance reports to management.

2. Pricing Management

- Ensure all products have the correct selling price in the system and on the product/display.
- Verify purchase price, selling price, MRP, and applicable discounts.
- Update pricing whenever there is a change in purchase cost or management-approved selling price.
- Identify and report price mismatches immediately.
- Ensure no unauthorized price changes are made.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Purchase, and Operations teams regarding pricing issues.

3. Stock & System Accuracy

- Ensure correct item codes, product descriptions, quantities, units,



and prices are maintained in the system.
- Verify stock entries and corrections before finalizing.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock adjustments and transfers.
- Track branch-to-branch stock movements and ensure proper system updates.
- Investigate repeated inventory discrepancies and report them to the concerned manager.

4. Stock Audit & Control

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Support monthly/periodic inventory audits.
- Prepare stock reconciliation reports.
- Follow up on unresolved stock differences.
- Maintain proper records of damaged, missing, excess, and returned stock.

5. Reporting

Prepare and submit

- Daily/Weekly Stock Discrepancy Report
- Stock Variance Report
- Pricing Mismatch Report
- Slow/Non-Moving Stock Report
- Stock Reconciliation Report
- Stock Adjustment Report
- Branch-wise Inventory Status Report

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
