Join our team for the International Technical Support process, specializing in US Telecom, as a Technical Support Representative. We welcome both freshers and experienced individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in International voice processes to provide exceptional technical support to our global customers.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance and support to customers in the US Telecom industry via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet, phone, and cable services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with team members and technical experts to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.





Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: PUC.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes, with a focus on customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
- Salary: Up to 29,000
