We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International E-commerce Seller Support process. The role involves assisting sellers with account-related queries, orders, payments, product listings, shipping, returns, refunds, and other seller-related concerns through assigned support channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through voice, chat, and email, as assigned.

- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, account management, listings, shipping, and returns.

- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.

- Maintain proper case documentation and follow process guidelines.

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in E-commerce, Seller Support, Customer Support, or BPO is preferred.

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

- Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

Work Schedule

- 5.5 days working

- Rotational shifts and weekly offs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
