Education: Graduate / Undergraduate Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills. (C1Proficiency).
Experience: Min 6 months in International BPO Chat only Do not line-up Candidates with : Non-BPO, Domestic process experience.
Location:- Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through chat support channels.
- Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver premium customer experience by ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
